AI outputs are recommendations rather than laboratory results, legal classifications, safety approvals, regulatory decisions or binding commercial advice.

3. Human oversight

Users should review source data, confidence indicators and explanations. High-risk, regulated, hazardous, technically complex or high-value materials require appropriate professional verification.

4. Data quality

Output quality depends on the accuracy, completeness and relevance of descriptions, images, documents, production information and analysis supplied to the system.

5. Transparency

The interface should identify AI-generated content, show available confidence or evidence information and explain key factors behind important matching recommendations.

6. Fairness and marketplace access

Matching design should be tested for unjustified exclusion or ranking bias. Commercial relevance should be connected to documented capability, demand, quality, geography and user preferences.

7. Privacy and security

Personal, confidential and commercially sensitive information used in AI workflows should be limited, protected and processed according to the live privacy policy and provider agreements.

8. Monitoring and improvement

ParaWaste should monitor errors, complaints, harmful outputs, material misclassification and model performance, and provide a route for users to challenge or correct recommendations.

9. Prohibited reliance

Users must not rely solely on AI output for hazardous-material handling, legal waste codes, transport permissions, safety procedures, environmental compliance or final material suitability.
