Record the material category, source business, facility, production process, date, initial quantity and the authority under which it is offered.
Composition and evidence
Separate verified analysis from AI-assisted estimates. Attach relevant photographs, technical sheets, laboratory results, classifications and handling information.
Movement and transformation
Each transfer, processing event, recovered fraction and destination should extend the same record. This creates practical traceability and better data for future matches.
