ParaWaste is intended to provide technology, information, matching and transaction-support tools. The final terms must clearly define whether ParaWaste acts as marketplace operator, intermediary, service provider or contracting party in any specific workflow.

4. Material listings

Users should provide accurate descriptions, disclose known hazards or contamination, hold authority to list the material, maintain required documentation and comply with the Material Listing Policy.

5. Transactions between users

Unless the final commercial model states otherwise, buyers and sellers are responsible for due diligence, samples, suitability, contracts, transport, permits, taxes, payment, acceptance and compliance.

6. AI recommendations

AI-assisted classifications, composition estimates, match scores, price indications and recovery suggestions are informational decision support and require appropriate human or technical verification.

7. Prohibited conduct

Users must not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or malicious content; manipulate verification; misuse confidential data; interfere with security; or use the service to trade prohibited materials.

8. Fees and subscriptions

Insert the actual subscription, marketplace fee, billing, renewal, cancellation, tax and refund terms before accepting paid users.

9. Intellectual property

The terms should distinguish ParaWaste software and branding from user-owned material data, documents and content, and define the limited licenses required to operate the service.

10. Confidentiality and data

Confidential listing controls do not replace contractual confidentiality where needed. Users should share sensitive information only with authorized recipients.

11. Availability and changes

Define maintenance, feature changes, beta services, suspension, account termination, data export and service discontinuation procedures.

12. Liability, law and disputes

These provisions must be drafted for the actual legal entity, jurisdiction, customer type and commercial model by qualified counsel.
